Migrant (International) Churches in Europe transforming their church, community and neighborhood by serving God and their neighbors as Integral Mission agents.
INTRODUCTION
The current situation of the world is a great opportunity for the church to make a difference as salt and light of the world.
There are many migrant (International) Churches in different parts of Europe.
These churches are potential agents of change in their neighborhood, cities and nations of resident.
Many of them are doing a great job evangelizing and proclaiming the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ.
It is common in several European cities to see these International churches boldly and publicly calling people to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.
Migrant (International) churches are zealous for the salvation of Europe. They are a great army of the Kingdom of God that is ready to bring Europe back to their Savior. However, it is a proven fact that the post Christian secularized Europeans are better reached with practical demonstration of the love of God. Therefore, understanding and engaging integral mission using CCMP as a tool will greatly add value to the ministry effectiveness of international churches in different European cities.
There is no Christian organization addressing this great opportunity. This is why CCMP Europe is founded to take up this challenge.
“Integral mission or holistic transformation is the proclamation and demonstration of the gospel. It is not simply that evangelism and social involvement are to be done alongside each other. Rather, in integral mission our proclamation has social consequences as we call people to love and repentance in all areas of life. And our social involvement has evangelistic consequences as we bear witness to the transforming grace of Jesus Christ” ( Micah Network declaration 2001)
MISSION: What do we plan to do?
- Promoting integral mission and CCMP among Migrant (International) churches in Europe
- Introducing CCMP as a tool for integral mission.
- Facilitating,encouraging and motivating MigrantMigrant (International) Church leaders and churches in Europe to adopt CCMP
- Training Migrant (International) church leaders/members in Europe as CCMP facilitators
- Organizing a bi-annual Integral mission conference for and with all Migrant (International) churches in Europe.

Short History and involvement of TEAR
In the summer of 2013, TEAR Netherlands began to take Dutch and migrant pastors in the Netherlands on an integral mission trips to Uganda, to participate and to see first-hand the process of church and community mobilization as practiced by churches in Uganda.
These trips left a lasting impression on the participants and has broaden their understanding of the mission of the church to the world. The knowledge acquired on these trips in now been use in empowering many Dutch and migrant churches in the Netherlands in reaching their neighborhood with the love of God in many practical ways.

Dr. Moses Alagbe
President of the Amsterdam Bible Academy since 1999, he coordinates theological, mission and ministry training that equips Africans to minister in a Western culture. Amsterdam Bible Academy is the only Bible school that provides such trainings to Africans by Africans in the Netherlands.
Moses obtained his master’s degree in Mission at Tyndale Theological Seminary Netherlands in 1998. Served as the secretary of GATE (Gifts from Africa to Europe) an organization that network African church leaders in Europe for training and mission (1998-2002)
Between 2004 and 2008 completed his doctoral degree program in transformational leadership for global cities at Bakke graduate university Seattle USA.
He is currently the pastor of Maranatha Community Transformation Center Amsterdam, the chairperson of Pentecostal Council of Churches Amsterdam, and ambassador of TEAR Netherlands.
Dr. Moses is married to Annet (a former Dutch Police chief) and they have two beautiful young adults.

Pastor Susie Nyarko
Founder and director of Woman of Purpose, an Amsterdam based organization that empowers women to fulfill their God given purpose. Founder and CEO -Home of Purpose in Ghana, an organization that is securing accommodation for homeless mothers, helping them to find their place in the society.
Pastor Ola Asubiaro
Pastor Onaolapo Smith Asubiaro is the founderand senior Pastor of Glorious Chapel International, with head quarter in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
He is a John Maxwell certified coach, trainer and speaker. He is the founder and president of ” Purpose Foundation”, a foundation that feeds the homeless, helping the young and the old in financial problems with clothing and food bank, working with ex-prisoners, drug addictsand youth.
Pastor Ola is married to Rudsela, a dynamic lovely friend and co-labourer in God’s vineyard. They are blessed with three wonderful children and a grand son.
Pastor Nana Baiden
Pastor Nana Baiden is a leader, visionary, thinker, and entrepreneur. He serves as senior pastor of love Christian Centre, a multicultural church in the city of Amsterdam. Beyond the pulpit he is the host of insight for life, an educative and inspiring television program in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. His wisdom concerning global trends is transforming the minds and hearts of countless people around the world. He extends a hand of help to the needy, heart of compassion to the hurting, and message of empowerment to the oppressed.
Pastor Baiden is a father of two children and together with his wife Salome they are an inspiration gift to the body of Christ with a strong passion for the expansion of the kingdom of God.
